These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and x111h ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the x111h website located at x111h.cam and all associated services, products, features and content (collectively, the "Platform").

x111h operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform providing entertainment services to eligible adult players. The Platform offers sports betting, live casino games, slot titles, instant-win games and related gaming products. All content and communications on the Platform are in English.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

To register and maintain an Account on x111h, a User must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed and all funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered Account. Multiple accounts held by the same person constitute a prohibited conduct violation and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Accurate information: All registration information you provide must be truthful, accurate and up to date at all times. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension.

To access real-money gaming services on x111h, you must complete the registration process by providing the required personal information, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, email address, residential address and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4.1 Account Security

You must not share your account credentials with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately via Live Chat or email. x111h will not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

4.2 Two-Factor Authentication

Where available, the Platform recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account to provide an additional layer of security. Enabling 2FA is voluntary but strongly encouraged.

4.3 Account Currency

You may designate your Account currency at registration, including PKR (Pakistani Rupee / Rs) where available. Once set, the Account currency may not be changed without contacting customer support and undergoing any applicable identity verification. Currency conversion fees may apply where applicable.

x111h is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) checks in compliance with the standards applicable to our platform operations. We may request the following documentation at any time, and particularly before processing any withdrawal request:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., CNIC, passport, driver's licence)
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot or statement of the wallet or bank account used to deposit)
• Source of funds documentation, where required by applicable AML compliance procedures

Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions or suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is complete. x111h reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC.

Deposits to your x111h Account must be made using payment methods currently available in the live cashier. Available payment methods, minimum and maximum deposit limits, processing times and applicable fees are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. 6.1 Payment Method Responsibility

You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. x111h reserves the right to reverse deposits made from payment methods that are not verified as belonging to the account holder.

6.2 Currency and Conversion

Where your Account is denominated in PKR (Pakistani Rupee), deposits will be credited in PKR at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction where conversion is required. x111h is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or third-party conversion fees imposed by your payment provider.

6.3 Payment Provider Disclaimer

References to payment methods familiar to Pakistani players — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided for contextual reference only. These providers do not endorse, support, or maintain any affiliation with gambling operations on this Platform. Availability of specific payment methods is subject to change. 6.4 Crypto Deposits

Where cryptocurrency deposit options (such as BTC, ETH or USDT) are displayed in the live cashier, they are subject to applicable network confirmation requirements, price volatility and any applicable fees. The PKR or fiat equivalent of a crypto deposit is calculated at the time of confirmed receipt, not at the time of initiation. x111h does not guarantee that cryptocurrency options will be available at any given time.

Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the timelines and conditions displayed in the cashier, subject to the following requirements and conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible, as a standard anti-fraud and AML measure.
• Any outstanding wagering requirements attached to Bonus funds must be satisfied before Bonus-derived balances are eligible for withdrawal.

x111h may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, refer-a-friend credits and other promotional incentives ("Bonuses"). All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotional page at the time of the offer, as well as these general Bonus conditions:

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any Bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bets) and time limit for completion will be stated in the bonus-specific terms at the point of offer. Where a wagering requirement is not fulfilled within the stated timeframe, the Bonus and any associated winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

x111h reserves the right to void Bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer; using low-risk betting strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk; and any other conduct that the Platform determines to be inconsistent with the spirit of the promotional offer.

8.3 Promotional Amendments

The Platform reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any amendment will not affect Bonuses already validly claimed, subject to the applicable terms of those Bonuses.

All bets and casino game plays are subject to the specific rules displayed within the relevant game, sport or market on the Platform at the time of participation. General principles applicable to all wagering activity on x111h include the following:

• Bets are final and binding once confirmed by the Platform. x111h does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been confirmed, except where the Platform identifies a manifest error in the odds or game outcome.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds or pricing — including technical errors that result in obviously incorrect odds — x111h reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players.
• For sports betting, the settlement of markets is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the absence of an official result, the Platform's decision is final.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by live-dealer outcomes. The Platform does not influence individual game outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the x111h Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of bets and promotions, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Providing false, misleading or third-party identity information during registration or KYC

• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing or any corrupt manipulation of sporting events

• Exploiting software bugs, technical glitches or pricing errors for financial gain
• Systematic arbitrage betting using Platform Bonuses in combination with other operators

• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform support staff or other users

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works of, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the express written consent of x111h.

The x111h name, logo and all related marks are trademarks of the Platform. Unauthorised use of any x111h trademark is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, x111h's aggregate liability to any User arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the 12 calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

x111h shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption or any other intangible loss, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

x111h does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Planned and unplanned maintenance may temporarily affect Platform availability. x111h will not be liable for losses arising from temporary Platform unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

x111h reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or void any associated funds, bets or bonuses, where the Platform has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The User has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• The Account has been used for any fraudulent, criminal or prohibited activity;
• The User is accessing the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction;
• Continuing to maintain the Account creates a regulatory or legal risk to x111h; or
• The User has not completed mandatory KYC within the required timeframe.

Users may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after settlement of outstanding bets and deduction of any amounts owed to the Platform will be returned to the User via the verified payment method on file, subject to completion of KYC.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which x111h holds its operating licence. Users acknowledge that local laws — including but not limited to the laws of Pakistan, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may impose additional restrictions on their ability to participate in online gaming and sports betting.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to suggest that online gambling is legal or permitted in Pakistan, or that x111h has obtained any approval from Pakistani authorities. Users in Pakistan participate entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility. This is not legal advice.

x111h reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, the Platform will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via email or an in-platform notification prior to the change taking effect.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
